Minimum Requirements
Teton Bagel is a heartwarming restaurant with good, clean food. But it takes dedication and hard work to make it operate consistently and create a great environment for our customers. Therefore, we have some requirements that must be met in order to become a Teton Bagel Franchisee. Meeting these minimum requirements does not mean you will be selected as a Franchisee, but allows you to be considered in the selection process.
Franchisee Training
- Includes desire to lead others through the MBSR style
Strong Financials
- Non-gifted, non-borrowed funds for initial franchise fee
Good Financial History
- No previous bankruptcies
Restaurant Experience
- Must have work experience in the food service sector
Monthly Hands-On Work
- Be able to work 30+ hours a month in the restaurant making food with employees
English Fluency
- While multilingualism is an additional strength, fluency in English is required
