About Us

Teton Bagel started as a simple kitchen project back in 2020 that has now grown to serve over hundreds of thousands of bagel sandwiches. Ryan started Teton Bagel in his small home in Rigby, ID using his oven, a single pot, and two baking trays. Initially giving them to family and friends, he was encouraged to start selling them. In 2021, Ryan began delivering bagels to customers throughout southeast Idaho until he outgrew his home kitchen.


Having put together a small sum of money, he built out a food truck. On his first day Ryan sold four sandwiches out of his food truck window that was parked in front of his home. After years of working the food truck, Ryan moved into his first restaurant location in Rexburg which was a shared space with a barbershop to then a year later moving into his own space which now serves hundreds of customers daily, with traffic doubling for breakfast on the weekends.


Drawing on memories as a child watching his parents host dinners and parties during the summer at his childhood home, Ryan has always wanted to create a similar experience for his community. An experience where eating at a restaurant is no longer a transaction but a connection. All food served at Teton Bagel is made from scratch every day, from the bagel dough to the fresh cold-pressed juices. Each restaurant has a community table that represents the closeness he felt having breakfast with his family and friends.
